New Gen Bajaj Pulsar 150
Overview
Twenty-five years after it first hit Indian roads, the Pulsar name is getting a proper reboot. Bajaj Auto has launched the next-generation Pulsar 150, built on an entirely new platform - not just a facelift, but a complete rework of the motorcycle's design, architecture, and technology. At the heart of this evolution remain the traits that made the original an icon: its commanding silhouette, muscular tank, signature grunt, and unmatched pickup.
Underpinning it all is a new diamond-type frame, where the engine itself acts as a stressed member for added stiffness and sharper handling. The fuel tank gets muscular shrouds, while a redesigned tail section and seat enhance its street-fighter appeal, with single and split seat options available across the range.
Visually, it gets sharper body lines, a more aggressive stance, and a redesigned Wolf-Eye headlamp with bigger optics for a sharper, predator-like gaze. Lighting includes LED units, with the base SD variant getting bulb-based blinkers and higher TD variants getting LED blinkers.
A fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity rounds off the package, along with segment-first triple riding modes - plus a "Crawl Tech" feature for better control in low-speed traffic. Higher variants also get an Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) with automatic start-stop, making this Pulsar its most technologically advanced yet.
