Kolkata experienced a different kind of Saturday night on Independence Day as European Summers - The Great Budapest Pool Social took over Hyatt Regency Kolkata on 15 August. Starting at 4 PM, the event brought Afro House, live percussion, and a poolside setting together for an evening that moved from sunset into the night.

At the heart of the celebration was Totem Tribe, led by Nav and Tanishq. Their deep Afro House grooves were paired with live tribal percussion, while African-mask performances and fire acts added a striking visual element. As darkness settled in, the music grew deeper, the percussion became louder, and the atmosphere more intense.

International fire artists, food, drinks, and the poolside setting turned the evening into an experience centred on music, movement, and spectacle.
