Samar Mehdi, a gifted percussive fingerstyle guitarist and talented singer-songwriter hailing from Bhopal, brought his Janhit Mein Jaari Pre-Tour to the vibrant city of Delhi. The event was held at the cozy and intimate Saket Social venue on May 17. As a true one-man band, Samar captivated the audience by simultaneously playing his guitar and providing rhythm and bass. This pre-tour stop offered local fans a unique opportunity to witness his heartfelt compositions, including his popular staple Martbaan, before the show scaled up for a much larger national run. Attendees enjoyed an authentic and present musical performance in a smaller setting, which allowed for closer listening and deeper connection with the artist. The night successfully showcased the honesty and musical wisdom that established his reputation as a standout performer in the modern independent music scene across India.
