refund and cancellation policy

  1. This ticket is issued as per the rules and regulations of the Show management, Global Social (India) Foundation. Each ticket is valid for one person only, seats will be available on first come first choice basis (in Economy class). Children below the age of 8 years does not require a ticket, however should be accompanied by an adult.

  2. The ticket should only be bought from an authorized agency/partner or directly through us online or via a GSIF representative. Tickets without a code amplification or a ticket number will be not considered Valid. Please collect your ticket copies on the day of the event from the event venue.

  3. The Show management reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion (which shall include reference to weather forecasts and ground conditions) to postpone or cancel the Show, make amendments to the venue and / or amend the planned times as set out above. In case of cancellation, we will refund you the entire ticket amount.

  4. The Show management will not be responsible to any exhibitor or person for loss of profit or any consequential loss arising out of the cancellation/postponement of the event. The Show shall not be liable for any failure to perform, on own terms or his performers or contributors its obligations pursuant to these terms as a result of flooding, fire, lightning, explosion, drought, ground conditions, act of God, act of terrorism, war, rebellion, sabotage, strike, disease or any other event outside reasonable control of the Show management.

  5. Tickets for the show will stand as non-refundable, once purchased. For other bookings (like booth space etc.), the Show management reserves the right to refuse/cancel an entry. If the show committee refuse or cancels an entry, any fees paid shall be refunded in full. We will not make any refund of the booking payment if you cancel less than 72 hours before the show date. Cancellations prior to that is as indicated as follows:

    10% refund: 72 hours and above from the show

    50% refund: post September 07, 2018

    100% refund: until September 06, 2018

  6. If a Participant/Exhibitor/Speaker wishes to withdraw from an event/class/stand after the closing date for entries has passed (for that particular section) no refund shall be made. Prior to that, refunds will be credited back to the original payer within 7-10 working days.

  7. Except to the extent/content permitted by law, the Show management shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, products, belongings, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any booking cancellation or participation and shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than to refund to you the booking payment, in accordance with the terms of this clause.

  8. For any category of refund/cancellation, please drop us an email at contact@tomorrowsindia.com, and wait for us to get back to you at the earliest.

  9. For exhibitors, please carry your exhibitor pass to the show, failing to which, you will not be allowed access to the show ground. Exhibitors must also pitch within and on their allotted space. You will NOT be allowed to change your site – if you do not occupy your allotted space you will be removed from the ground and no refund made.

  10. For special requirements, like wheelchair access, parking slot, etc., please raise your request while booking your tickets, or email us separately at contact@tomorrowsindia.com with your reference booking number. In case of lost, stolen or missing tickets also, mail us at the same email id with the booking reference number.
