Key Features & Highlights

A slimmer design could reportedly eliminate traditional speaker grilles in favour of a vibration-based speaker system, giving the tablet a cleaner appearance while potentially improving its resistance to water and dust.
Apple is working on a more water-resistant design, which could make the iPad mini 8 the first iPad to offer water resistance for casual exposure to wet environments.
