Devadas has spent years building a reputation as one of the most feared gangsters in the region. His violent path started in childhood, when his mother was murdered. His life takes an sudden change as he crosses paths with Chandra, a woman trapped in a brothel and desperate to reclaim her freedom. During a violent raid, Devadas and his gang help her escape, setting off a dangerous chase involving the police and rival gangs. Rather than leave Chandra behind, Devadas becomes determined to protect her and help other women trapped in the same network.

As they move deeper into a sphere of violence, betrayal and gang warfare, Devadas and Chandra begin to recognise the scars they share.
