Agent Kim Reactivated
Overview
Kim built a quiet life on purpose. He is a company manager and single father, and knows how his daughter takes her lunch. He has been living it long enough to almost believe the other version of himself was someone else entirely.
Then his daughter, Min-ji, disappears.
Not a miscommunication. Not a teenage moment of poor judgment. But taken. The hours after that word lands are the hours when everything Kim constructed between his past and his present stops existing. The spreadsheets, the school meetings, the careful ordinary life - all gone.
Agent Kim Reactivated isn't really about the rescue, though the rescue is there, and it's brutal. It's about the specific thing that happens to a person when the one they've arranged their entire existence around is in danger.

Fun Facts
- The series is being hailed as a major test case for South Korea's 'One Source Multi-Use' strategy. While individual webtoons like Lookism or Viral Hit have had anime or small-screen adaptations, Agent Kim Reactivated is the first massive, live-action crossover project trying to seamlessly weave these interconnected storylines into a single high-budget cinematic universe.
- Though the series was officially confirmed with its main cast in late 2025 and finalised in May 2026, the groundwork started way back in April 2023, when The Grimm Entertainment first signed the drama production contract with Fantagio. The team spent over two years ensuring the practical stunts could live up to the physics-defying martial arts illustrated in the webtoon.
