Attack on Titan - The Last Attack
Overview
Eren Yeager, driven by a devastating desire to protect his home, unleashes the Rumbling. An army of Colossal Titans marches across the world to wipe out all of humanity beyond the walls.
What remains of the Survey Corps is now allied with their former Marleyan enemies, standing together as the world's last fragile line of defence. The fight is no longer about survival. It has become a brutal, heartbreaking confrontation between lifelong friends. Armin and Mikasa are forced to face a reality neither can escape: if they want to save what is left of the world, they have to kill the boy they grew up alongside.
Clouds of ash choke the sky. The earth splits apart. Everyone on that battlefield finally faces the true price of freedom.

Fun Facts
- The movie is far more than a simple 'stitched-together' recap. Director Yuichiro Hayashi treated this as a true Director's Cut, going back to update and visually polish a vast number of shots from the original broadcast. The action sequences, lighting dynamics, and character models were enhanced frame-by-frame to match theatrical rendering standards, making "The Battle of Heaven and Earth" remarkably sharper.
- During promotional interviews surrounding the theatrical run, Hajime Isayama made a fascinating confession about creative freedom. He stated that while writing manga is supposed to feel freeing, he realized he was fundamentally a slave to his own story. He wanted to see if he could steer the ending into a more positive direction as he grew older, but found himself completely bound to the dark, cyclical tragedy he had originally envisioned in his youth.
