The story begins in the land of Assam, where the festival of Bihu fills the air with music and dance. Amid this cultural richness lives Raj Kunwar, a fearless court marshal whose duty is not only to protect but also to heal. His journey takes him into the heart of conflict, where militant groups have spread fear and despair across villages. Raj does not carry weapons of destruction. Instead, he carries conviction and an unshakable belief that change is possible.
