Disclosure Day
Overview
The government has known for a long time. That part was never the real debate. The debate, quietly passed between administrations and buried in classified briefings for decades, was always about what happens to the world the day people find out.
Disclosure is not a gift to the world. It is the kind of truth that, once released, belongs to no one and can be controlled by no one.

Fun Facts
- Lead actress Emily Blunt recently confirmed in an interview that the film 'definitely answers questions' posed by Close Encounters nearly 50 years ago. Spielberg himself noted that the themes of government secrets and human curiosity have haunted him for decades, and this film provides the closure he’s been seeking.
- Josh O'Connor didn't have to audition. Spielberg reportedly offered him the role directly after seeing his recent performances, believing his nervous intelligence was perfect for a man who steals history's most dangerous government secrets.
