Overview

Goat is an animated sports comedy that follows the journey of Will, a small character who is constantly underestimated by everyone around him. While others seek out the strong, like lions or bulls, Will discovers that being smaller provides unique advantages. He learns to master agility and clever strategy to outsmart his larger opponents on the Roarball field. Despite facing severe injuries and difficult losses, he refuses to quit. His perseverance inspires his teammates and silences the mocking crowds, proving that belief can triumph over prejudice. As the championship approaches, Will transforms from a doubted underdog into a legendary figure who overcomes every barrier.

This film is a heartwarming story about grit, friendship, and the power of refusing to let others define your worth. It offers a funny and inspiring experience perfect for families who enjoy seeing an underdog finally win against all odds.

Fun Facts

- While Stephen Curry serves as a key producer on the film through his banner Unanimous Media, he doesn't just stay behind the scenes. He makes his official animated voice acting debut by playing Lenny Williamson, an aspiring-rapper giraffe who plays for the Vineland Thorns roarball team.

- The story is loosely based on Funky Dunks by Chris Tougas, reimagined into a full sports comedy narrative.
