Hokum
Overview
Ohm Bauman drives through the Irish mist toward the Bilberry Woods Inn, clutching two urns and the weight of a fractured childhood. A successful but deeply cynical American author, Ohm has recently finished the final volume of his Conquistador Trilogy and arrived in Ireland with one purpose: scattering his parents' ashes at the very spot they honeymooned before his mother's tragic death.
Ohm treats the staff's warnings about the ‘Honeymoon Suite’ witch as pure hokum, sneering at the local folklore until a kind bartender named Fiona, played by Florence Ordesh, vanishes under mysterious circumstances. Ohm demands access to the locked suite, only to find himself trapped in a space where both time and logic dissolve. The danger isn't just an abstract spirit, but a shape-shifting presence. The presence often manifest in eerie rabbit-like figures, linked to the suppressed trauma of Ohm's past.
