Isakapatnam
Overview
The fictional port town of Isakapatnam in the 1990s is not a place that runs on rules. It runs by whoever holds the docks.
Naidu holds the docks. He built his empire through sheer ruthlessness, weaving together politics, commerce, and crime until the three became indistinguishable. The rivals who tried to take what he has are either gone or waiting for the right moment. The loyalists who built this empire alongside him are calculating how much longer those loyalties serve them.

Fun Facts
- The entire series is meticulously stylized as a 1990s period crime piece. To firmly ground the audience in that era, director Garry BH heavily restricted the on-screen props. Instead of smartphones and modern cars, the crew went to great lengths to source fully operational vintage rotary phones and classic old Fiat cars to build the world of the fictional port town.
- Rather than using a real location merely as passive scenery, the writers intentionally treated the port ecosystem of Isakapatnam as a 'living, breathing character'. The entire plot is geographically tied to the town's socioeconomic pillars, specifically its busy docks, shipping trades, local trucking businesses, and a dominant steel plant—which dictates how the local gangster and political factions collide.
