Mahaprabhu Jagannath
Overview
In the dark age of Kaliyuga, the formidable demon Ahamasur exploits spiritual weakness to entrap innocent devotees and divine beings inside a lethal, mercury-based prison realm designed to completely suffocate their faith. His ultimate downfall lies in his reckless ego and the unbreakable devotion of young Balram which refuses to shatter under any worldly pressure.
To rescue these helpless captives, Mahaprabhu Jagannath crosses diverse mystical realms alongside Balram and Garud. While Ahamasur prepares for a massive war of physical force, he has absolutely no defense against divine wisdom, profound compassion, and spiritual strength.
Rooted deeply in the ancient tradition of bhakti, this grand animated mythological epic delivers a powerful & timeless message. True devotion does not need to be loud, aggressive, or dramatic. Even when surrounded by absolute darkness or subjected to immense torment, genuine faith simply holds fast against all odds.

Fun Facts
- The official trailer for the movie had an incredibly unconventional launch. Instead of a typical digital-only release or a standard press conference, it debuted live in front of over 10,000 devotees during a Shrimad Bhagwat Katha spiritual discourse by Pujya Shri Indresh Upadhyay Ji in Cuttack, Odisha. Backed by this massive grassroots support, the film is securing a wide pan-India release across 300+ Cinepolis screens in Hindi, Odia, and Telugu.
- Producer Durga Prasad Dalai noted that creating a 90-minute grand cinematic feature film required completely overhauling the visual and auditory style used in their previous TV series. The sound design team actually recorded authentic Vedic mantras performed by spiritual practitioners to weave into the background score. Furthermore, the team shared that they experienced multiple unexplainable 'divine coincidences' during production that directly influenced and guided their sudden shifts in animation deadlines and final release scheduling.
