Mourinho
Overview
Twenty years of winning and the argument about him still hasn't settled. He has been called ‘The Special One’ since 2004, a label he now shrugs off.
José Mourinho announced himself to European football the night FC Porto lifted the Champions League, and nobody saw it coming.
Mourinho is a three-part documentary that doesn't try to resolve the contradiction. It goes inside the personal trophy room, where signed Maradona boots sit next to Ronaldo's first professional shirt. It sits with the man behind the persona and tries to understand what drives him.
Sir Alex Ferguson, John Terry, Iker Casillas, Didier Drogba, and Zlatan Ibrahimović speak candidly about working with him, playing against him, and what watching him from a distance teaches them about winning.
Football has produced many managers. It hasn't produced another one like this. It just gets close enough that you start forming your own answer.
