Fun Facts
- Director Curry Barker and co-star Cooper Tomlinson are the duo behind the popular YouTube sketch channel 'That’s a Bad Idea.' They shot to fame after their micro-budget horror film Milk & Serial went viral, leading to this major feature debut with Focus Features.
- The film has been praised by critics for its brutal subversion of the 'hopeless romantic' trope. Michael Johnston plays Bear, whose 'nice guy' persona masks a dark entitlement that the film actively deconstructs as the magic takes hold.
