The Pogues are at their lowest point. JJ is dead. They are stranded in Morocco with enemies closing in from every direction, and the world that was already difficult has become nearly impossible.

Survival becomes the only priority, which means decisions nobody would have made six months ago are now the only options on the table. The most uncomfortable of them: Rafe. The Pogues team up with someone they have been fighting since the beginning, because Rafe knows things they need and has access to resources they cannot get any other way. The alliance is uneasy and nobody is pretending otherwise.

Kiara is not letting JJ's death go. Neither are the others. Between surviving the present and avenging what happened in Morocco, the Pogues are running out of road. Season 5 is the final chapter, and it is theirs to finish.
