Ride Or Die
Overview
Judith and Debbie have been best friends long enough that they assumed they knew everything about each other. Then Debbie finds out that Judith is an international assassin, and suddenly years of vague excuses and unexplained disappearances snap into a very different shape.
There is no time to process the revelation carefully, because Judith's latest hit goes badly wrong and a mysterious figure from her past resurfaces. Someone who has no intention of letting either of them walk away.
What follows is a chase across Europe with law enforcement, trained assassins, and dangerous criminals all closing in at once.
Ride or Die is about a friendship that only gets tested when one person has been hiding an entire life. The action is fast, and the stakes are real, but the question running beneath it all is simpler - can the friendship survive?

Fun Facts
- The series marks a major collaboration between a highly respected lineup of industry creatives. It was created by British comedian and writer Tessa Coates with veteran writer Matt Miller serving as showrunner. To give the pilot episodes a true blockbuster edge, Amazon locked in Peyton Reed to helm the first two episodes.
- While the show spans a massive European road trip, the bulk of principal photography took place in the Czech Republic. Production kicked off in February 2025 and wrapped in June 2025. The crew made headlines in the local European press for pulling off extensive, high-speed vehicle chases and shootouts right in the middle of Prague’s heavily historic city center, which required massive coordination to safely shut down major civilian streets.
