Overview

Four years after No Way Home, the world still doesn't remember Peter Parker. MJ and Ned don't know his name, a choice he's made peace with but lived inside every day since. Fighting crime alone in a city that's forgotten him, watching old friends move on, Peter's changing in ways he hasn't noticed, and it could undo him faster than any enemy. The threats are escalating too. Marvin Jones III's Lonnie Lincoln commands a crime empire beyond Spider-Man's usual reach, while Michael Mando's Scorpion resurfaces from prison, raising questions about who freed him. No team, no mentor, nobody who remembers his face. Just the suit, the instinct, and a city still needing him. Survival isn't guaranteed.

Fun Facts

- Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has confirmed this film moves away from Stark-tech-heavy adventures. The focus is on the 'classic' Spider-Man experience. Peter living in a small, modest apartment, monitoring police scanners, and dealing with the gritty realities of NYC crime.

- Marvel Studios made history by officially welcoming Tom Holland into the writers' room for the first time in his Spider-Man tenure. Meeting with producers once every two weeks to pitch ideas, Holland's most notable contribution was a concept he cheekily called "Spider-Puberty"- the idea of Peter's powers mutating and spiralling out of control. Sony and Marvel didn't adopt the tagline, but they loved the concept and it became one of the film's central plot threads.
