Fun Facts

The title The Altruists references the real-life Effective Altruism movement, which Sam Bankman-Fried and Caroline Ellison supported. The philosophy encourages using evidence and reason to do the most good possible, including earning money to donate to charitable causes - a striking contrast to the FTX scandal that engulfed them.
