Fun Facts
- When Michelle Pfeiffer started filming her scenes as Stacy Clyburn, Kurt Russell had not yet been confirmed in the role of Preston. She filmed her side of their scenes without him present, all while hoping it would be Russell who would eventually play her husband. "I was shooting my side not knowing who Preston would be, hoping it would be Kurt, but he was being difficult!" she laughed in an interview. The duo had zero time to rehearse or discuss their characters before filming.
- Kurt Russell was committed to another production during Season 1 filming, so Pfeiffer and Sheridan were determined to make it work- they filmed Season 2 early specifically to accommodate his schedule. Everything seen of Russell as Preston in Season 1 was actually filmed during Season 2 production, meaning the two legendary stars finally shared the screen together only when the second season was being made.
