Tires Season 3
Overview
Will and Shane are co-owners now, with equal stakes in Valley Forge Automotive Center, which sounds like progress until you think about what equal stakes between these two actually means.
The power dynamic that kept them in their lanes is gone. There is no manager and no employee, just two people with the same claim on a struggling business and completely different ideas about how to run it. Decisions that once belonged to one of them now require both, which takes whatever was already difficult and makes it considerably worse.
The shop is not getting easier. Business problems stack up, the friendship beneath all the noise starts to show real cracks and there is no hierarchy left to hide behind when things go wrong. Pressure arrives from customers, employees, and family simultaneously. Will & Shane are equally responsible and equally exposed, with no buffer between their choices and the consequences.
